We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. The return request must be submitted within this 14-day period. After the 14-day return window has passed, we are unable to accept a return request.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging included.
For approved returns, a $57 CAD return shipping fee applies and is the customer's responsibility. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Where Is My Return?
You can track your return using the tracking number provided by your shipping carrier. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the package has been scanned.
Once your return is received, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
